An opportunity to narrate the work and philosophy of one of the most visionary Italian designers of the twentieth century.

The concept of participation was the main cornerstone of his philosophy, and the operation conducted by Dalisi with the ‘Sedia del cece’ (Chickpea Chair) – recounted in this publication – can be considered a manifesto of his modus operandi and his perspective towards the South, anticipating very current themes such as inclusion, degrowth, participation, sustainability, multiculturalism, circular economy, self-production, and craftsmanship.
